CM Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu will today be on a tour of Kutlahar, the stronghold of Congress rebel and former MLA Devendra Kumar Bhutto. Former Congress MLA Devendra Kumar Bhutto had become a rebel from here. Here Congress has not decided its candidate yet. However, Vivek Sharma, son of two-time former MLA Ramnath Sharma, is being considered a strong contender for the ticket.
