Ying Zhang, China Managing Director of Dassault Systèmes started the Manufacturing in the Age of Experience 2017 global event in Shanghai. The event gathered 1,700 professionals and global companies across various industries including aeropsapce, aviation, shipyard and manufacturing. The Manufacturing in the Age of Experience event lasted for couple days where during those periods, attendees are able to network with experts from the likes of Huawei and Samsung, actively exchanging knowledge on robottics technology as well as artifical intelligence, and participate in the immersive 3DEXPERIENCE playground on site. Attendees were able to witness the development of manufacturing technologies that transforms the industry.

 Good afternoon. I'm Zhang Ying, Managing Director, Dassault Systèmes, Great China. Today, I'm your host. On behalf of Dassault Systèmes, we are very proud you are all here to participate in this global event, Manufacturing in the Age of Experience. This is the second edition in China. This event came back to China because this is the place where the manufacturing is reinventing its future.

Today, we have more than 1,700 professionals from manufacturing sector and we have many global five top 100 companies such as Samsung, LG, CRRC. We have many experts from the aerospace industry, aviation industry as well as shipyard industry. Many of you travel all the way to Shanghai on behalf of Dassault Systèmes.

Ladies and gentlemen, you are here. Here, those leading manufacturers that have successfully transform themselves on creating experience to delight their customers. Here you will network with all those top influencers in manufacturing sector. You will sharpened your knowledge in robotics, robots, digital continuity & intelligent artificial.

You will connect with Dassault Systèmes' experts, industry leaders, to exchange idea and also how you can accelerate your innovation as well as improve agility for your operation. We have five major topics this afternoon prepared for you, 25 breakout sessions tomorrow for you. Let me start with this afternoon's agenda and session.

Number one, inspiration. We invited Huawei leaders who will share with you how they enable the enterprise with the future manufacturing technology. The second one, vision turn into action. We will show you how 3DEXPERIENCE uplift today's capability to the next level. The third, very important experience. We prepared outside the 3DEXPERIENCE playground for you to have an immersive experience with all the technology showcase expert as well as interactive 20 stations for you to really see what is the leading technology we have. The fourth, expedition, led by our customer. They will share with you the great story on transformation, innovation, reinvention about the future technology and the manufacturing. The last but not least, the end of this today, we will have an innovation discuss during the roundtable about China, Made in China 2025. The end of the day, we will have our vice chairman and the CEO, Bernard Charles, to share with you and with a great conclusion for today. Tomorrow, as I said, we have a 25 breakout session. You can be there and share idea and exchange the innovative topic with the leaders from Dassault Systèmes, from industry, all those big topics about innovation. Huawei is a big company today transforming their manufacturing and at the same time, Huawei and Dassault Systèmes, together, we are promoting the 3DEXPERIENCE platform on cloud, on Huawei Cloud. Today we invited Huawei leaders. He will share with you how the Huawei cloud together with the 3D platform, we are planning to - all the way from the certification design to the manufacturing to uplift the industry to next level.
