INGREDIENT
Chicken
Garlic
Onion
Ginger (a lot)
Carrots
Radish
Tomatoes
Salt & Pepper
Honey
Chicken Stock
500ml rice wine (more is better if you can spare it)
500ml water (enough to cover all the ingredient)
Enough oil for frying
You pre fry the chicken and herds to create color or you can just dump the whole ingredient into the pot. Both ways are just fine. Simmer the soup until the chicken is tender.
