Roti Recipe
Dough -
In a big bowl:
Salt 1 1/2 tsp salt
260 ml of water
1 tbsp condensed milk
1 egg (battered)
(Mix it all together)

In another big bowl:
500g all purpose flour (sprinkle of pandan powder)
55g unslated butter (mix)
(Mix both bowls together. Let sit 15 minutes)

Cut the dough into 80 gram balls
Kneed the dough
Set pan to Medium heat
Coat the dough with a sprinkle of peanut oil
Add peanut oil to the pan
Place the dough on the pan
Add an egg (better it on the dough) or 2 sliced bananas and a battered egg
Fold into a square after 10 seconds
Flip the Roti and Add a slab of unsalted butter
Flip again after 10 seconds x 2
Put your Roti on a paper towel to absorb the oil
Add Sweetened Condensed Milk as a topping
add Sugar
