EMA Taekwondo Black Belts One-steps / Self-defense Techniques. These specific skills are required for our 1st Degree Black Belts and up.
(front wrist grab from = into arm bar behind back – under and up)
-Your attacker is grabbing your left wrist with his right hand.
-Step left foot forward and push your attacker’s hand back toward his hips.
-Hook your right knife hand through your attacker’s right elbow then scoop it to the outside to trap the elbow joint under your armpit.
-Lift your right arm up to create a shoulder lock as you step behind your attacker’s body.
-Join your left hand on the attacker’s wrist to strengthen the hold.
