When Hana was a child, her mother went to prison. Her grandmother took her in, but quickly became physically abusive when drinking. After years of moving from foster home to foster home, Hana aged-out of foster care. This is Hana's Story.

Every time 30 incredible people join together in giving $30 monthly, another aged-out foster youth is given a home and forever family. #30GIVE30
