Jennifer Brinkerhoff is the Professor of Public Administration and International Affairs at the George Washington University. She recently published an essay on ‘Diasporas and Public Diplomacy’ as part of a special edition of the Hague Journal of Diplomacy titled, "Debating Public Diplomacy: Now and Next."
