Though we consider ourselves as just the physical body (Annamaya Kosha), we are much more than that. Physical body is the grossest of the five sheaths that we have. By going beyond this to other sheaths, the Pranamaya kosha- Life sheath, Manomaya kosha- Mind sheath, Vijñānamaya kosha- Wisdom sheath, and Anandamaya kosha- Bliss sheath, and experiencing the Bliss sheath, we can transcend our daily life to another plane. An attempt is made here to bring awareness to all the five sheaths, with guidance to stay rooted in the present. When you are always aware of the present moment, or being in the present, you can be the ‘Being’, the ‘Human Being’ that we are.
