Answering a question from Sword Friend Shane about ways to potentially re-sheath a Kogarasu Maru Japanese-Style Sword.
Danger Alert: ALL of these methods are risky with a sharp sword to varying degrees! I don't ever recommend you take the risks I do. Safety First! Consider the risks of using a sharp sword in Iaido and then basically double it, because the "safest" traditional way to re-sheath an Uchigatana with a blunt spine doesn't work here. But if you own or are thinking about buying a Kogarasu Maru, here's my non-expert advice on what you could try and should not try.
As I often advise: "Don't do anything I WOULD do."
