These are crazy times. Let's face it.
Now more than ever, we need to take the time to connect to a place of inner peace and calm. Sometimes stress and busyness takes us over like an alien overtaking our minds. We don't know who we are anymore.
This has hugely detrimental effects on our health and on our well-being. As a result our relationships suffer and our joy dries up.
It's amazing how just 4 minutes of long, slow and deep breaths that enjoyable can help restore sanity in an insane world.
We want you to approach this meditation not as a spiritual chore to do but as an act of kindness and joy. Each breath is a chance to release tight places in the body where the old stories live as tightness.
