Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Salt - To Taste
Oil - For Fry

Urad Dal - 6 tbsp
Gram Dal - 3 tbsp
Fried Gram - 3 tbsp
White Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp
Dried Copra Coconut - 3 tbsp
Dry Red Chilli - 30g
Curry Leaves - As Required
Jaggery - 1 to 1/2 tbsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Salt - As Required
Gingelly Oil - For Cooking
