Chamre Pulao ra gundruk banaune sajilo tarika:

Add 2 tsp ghee
Add 1 tsp cumin seeds
Add cinnamon stick, bay leaves, cardamoms and cloves
Add dried fruits (according to your choice)
Add 2 cups Basmati rice (washed)
Add 1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per the taste
Add 1 ½ cup water
Cover and cook until rice is tender and water is absorbed (flame should be medium)
Rice is tender and water has absorbed
Again, cover and cook in low flame another3-4 minutes
Gundruk ko achaar
Soak gundruk (dried mustard leaves) for 2-3 minutes
In a grinder, add 2 garlic cloves
3 green chilies
Salt as per the taste
One medium sized tomato (fire roasted or boiled)
Drain the water from gundruk (dried mustard leaves)
Add tomato mixture
Add chopped onion or garlic leaves
In a pan, heat 1 tsp mustard oil
Add ½ tsp fenugreek seeds
Add ½ tsp turmeric powder
Add 1 tsp lemon juice
