Recipe Ingredients
Poolish
132 g water room temp
132 g bread flour, All Purpose Flour should work
1/2 tsp Instant Yeast
Cover and let set overnight at room temp
Next morning
168 g water room temp
293 g bread flour, All purpose Flour should work
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Instant Yeast
