10. The Moussaieff Red Diamond — $8 million
This diamond was found in Brazil on 1990’s, this Moussaieff Red which is previously also known as as the Red Shield is currently the largest natural-colored fancy red diamond graded by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). this triangular brilliant-cut gem weights 5.11 carats. This gem was exhibited at the Natural History Museum of the Smithsonian Institution in 2003 and 2005. it was later also displayed as part of the eight most incredible diamonds in the world.

this vivid blue diamond was mined in the South African Premier Diamond Mine. this heart shaped gem was originally cut from a 777ct rough diamond. The original owner of this gem was the Steinmetz Group, but De Beers later bought it in 2000.

In 2010, Christie’s sold is Perfect Pink to an unknown bidder. This 14.23 ct emerald cut diamond is so rare both in its size and intensity of pink color.

This gem was originally weights 35.56ct before it was recut to 31.06ct in 2010, this gem has been passed from one European member of royalty to another. This deep blue diamond has belonged to both Spanish and German royalty since its arrival in Europe on the 1600s.

Originally named the Fancy Vivid Blue Diamond, this gem was renamed “The Winston Blue” after Harry Winston bought it in 2014. this 13.22ct gem is the largest diamond of its kind said to be graded by the GIA. This pear shaped diamond worth almost $2 million per carat when it sold in 2014.

This gem was mined in South Africa in 1999, it was previously known as the Steinmetz Pink. in 2017 Sotheby’s auction in hongkong, it was bought by Chow Tai Fook Enterprises via telephone bid. this 59.60ct gem was later renamed to CTF Pink Star in memory of the current Chow Tai Fook chairman’s late father.
4. The Centenary Diamond — $100 million
a rought cut of this gem weighed over 500ct and later it was cut to a mouhodified heart-shape, weighing 273.85ct. It took a total of 154 days to cut this gem to its current shape.
3. The Hope Diamond — $200-$250 million
this gem was discovered in India in the 1600s, it was later bought by King Louis XIV in 1668. This 45.42ct Fancy Dark Gray-Blue antique cushion cut diamond was then stolen during a crown jewel looting in 1791 but resurfaced in London on 1839. in 1949, Harry Winston bought this gem and donated it to the Smithsonian Institution.
2. The Cullinan — Up to $2 billion
This largest rough diamond weights 3,106.75ct, it was discovered in Cullinan, South Africa in 1905, it was then gifted to King Edward VII. This rough diamond was later cut into 9 main stones.

This 105.6ct oval shaped diamond was mined in India in the 1300s. many claims that Britain stole the stone from India and that it rightfully belongs to India. despite the rumor, Britain acquired this gem in 1850 and in 1852, Prince Albert later had it cut from 186ct to 105.6ct.
