Hi wonderful people!
Welcome to DAY 26 of your 30 DAY BODY RESHAPE CHALLENGE!
Today you will start with cardio and legs, getting your heart rate up fast from the very start! You will then build on your stamina with progressing full moves combined with Pilates and cardio mixes throughout.
If you are feeling super energised, be sure to repeat the routine OR combine with another video on the channel :-) Check out the different playlists to target whatever you need today.
You will need for today:
-mat
-comfortable clothing
WHAT THE CHALLENGE INVOLVES:
*All videos will be around 15-20 minutes long - no equipment needed
*All videos are bodyweight + Pilates based exercises, super effective for the whole body
*All moves are low impact (no high impact or big jumping or explosive plyometrics)
SUITABLE FOR:
*Beginner level exercise goer or anyone who needs a ‘kick start’ back into a regular routine
*Anyone wanting to work the whole body and build STRENGTH and MOBILITY while BOOSTING YOUR METABOLISM / fat burning ability
*you must have generally good health and no injuries

TO GET STARTED :
*Do the videos IN ORDER as we will be building upon movements in the coming weeks from beginner level!
*Look out same time tomorrow and each day for 30 days to stay consistent with your workout
