Launch ReSound Smart Fit. Make sure the Noahlink Wireless is selected and connected to the PC. Click connect to ReSound Smart Fit. Remove the hearing aids from the charger and place them in front of you. The hearing aids will appear in the ‘Assign instruments’ screen. The hearing aids are automatically assigned left and right based on the attached receiver. Identify the correct hearing aids on the list and assign both devices or just click the button on the hearing aids to assign them to the fitting. The software will connect to the hearing aids and prepare for fitting. Chose the correct dome and dome size. Calibration is recommended for all fittings. Ensure the sound environment is quiet during calibration. Once the connection flow is completed, the hearing aids will be visible in the left sidebar. After the calibration the fitting can be set up on the patient screen with choice of fitting rule, user experience level, and gain percentage. The Gain Adjustments and Advanced Features screens can be used to further customize the fitting.
