The answer is Yes! However it will need a few extra mods. To make 285's work, we installed a ReadyLift 2.75" SST Kit. As well as new Front Bilstein 4600's to maximize ride height. (Bilstein doesn't make 5100's for a 5-lug). No diff drop was needed as it's a 2wd. We also had to remove and trim the plastic fender lining. On 5-Lug's, there is a black box behind the plastic liner. It covers the lower portion of the Pinch weld. We removed that on both sides and trimmed the Pinch weld down to a few milimeters. Over time this can wear down with feet pressure in the cabin. We also sealed the pinch weld. In the rear we installed AAL's. Finally we aligned it and did our final checks.
No Rubbing under normal driving conditions. However, i believe there will be some slight rubbing while backing up at full lock. Lastly, the gas mileage will go down because of the size and weight of the new tire/wheel combo.
