Total Body FUNctional Compounds
We are working it all in this 30+ minute total body functional compounds workout! This full-body workout incorporates compound moves to workout your full body in a well-round challenging way to help you build muscular strength for your future workouts and also your everyday life! This functional training workout is suitable if you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced, in your fitness journey because I will offer modifications to lower the intensity, and also dumbbell weight can be adjusted up or down or omitted completely to a lower intensity.
The equipment you need for this functional workout will be your mat and dumbbells, optional equipment will be your exercises box or bench and exercise sliders.
As always focus on maintaining proper form and a full range of motion, work at your own pace, go heavy enough, challenge yourself, and of course, make the most of it!
