Ingredients for Saffron water:
- 1 tsp of saffron pistils
- 1 small pinch of sugar
- 5 tbsp of hot water

Instructions for Saffron water:
Place the saffron and sugar in a mortar and grind to a fine powder with the pestle. Add the hot water and leave to soak for 15 minutes.
