Meet the dumb phone: No social media apps, a super simplistic interface, and only the most essential applications. But why?
Well, after trying out various forms of dopamine detox / digital detox, they all didn't really work. So I set myself on a mission to find the perfect way to use our phone (as well as to control our phone addiction).
And after using this dumb phone for 100 Days, I was not only surprised with my experience, but especially with my choice of phone moving forward. Is this the perfect solution?
