Chef Rossarin from Celadon, one of Bangkok’s most celebrated Thai restaurants at The Sukhothai Bangkok, has invited Jay Fai, a first rate, excellent one star Michelin street food restaurant, (the only one awarded the Michelin Star in the inaugural Bangkok Michelin Guide 2018,) to an exclusive culinary collaboration on 6 August at Celadon, two delightful Michelin recommended Salas in manicured grounds, for just one very special night only.

This phenomenal culinary event will showcase original wok-fired street food meeting up with legendary, authentic Thai cuisine. Chef Rossarin will present her specially created dishes to conjoin with the three most popular dishes from Jay Fai, her famed crab omelette being one of them, in the luscious surroundings of the renowned Celadon herb garden.
