A centering Medical Qigong practice for acupuncturists, therapists, nurses, doctors, energy workers, reiki practitioners, traditional Chinese medicine TCM doctors, massage therapists, first responders, or anybody who is in the healing professions in any way (even Qigong or Yoga teachers).

In this practice we start with clearing energy we have picked up from others. Then we build a strong center to return to ourselves, while directing surplus energy to the exterior Guardian Energy (Wei Qi) of the body for protection. We end with learning to use healing hands on ourselves - A skill which can, with practice, be used to help heal others.

This routine is set next to an icy winter stream in a snowy mountain forest, with relaxing water and wind sounds and stunning drone footage to help ease your mind.
