Henry Schneider is an Associate Professor of Business Economics at Smith School of Business. He specializes in applied microeconomics with a focus on industrial organization and behavioral economics. Professor Schneider is also an associate editor for the European Economic Review and his work has appeared in top economics and business journals such as American Economic Review, Rand Journal of Economics, and Management Science.
Professor Schneider received a PhD in economics in 2006 from Yale University and a BS in physics from Wesleyan University. Prior to graduate studies, he worked at the consulting firm National Economics Research Associates and the Domestic Research Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Professor Schneider was an economics professor at the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University for 10 years before joining Queen’s University.
