Hicks lived in Zanesville and owned two companies East Central Ohio Productions and American Consulting Services. He earned over 40-national awards in various competitions from video and audio to print and photography. It has been made public, feel free to share the YouTube link.
Byrd Ambulance ran from 1961 - 1994 and served the Ohio cities of: Mansfield, Galion, Shelby, Bucyrus, Newcomerstown, Cambridge, McConnelsville and Zanesville.
