In this 40 Min UPPER BODY DUMBBELL workout, we will have 2 blocks of exercises. Each block will contain a certain exercise that will be performed for a total of 10 rounds, and in between, there will be other exercises performed only for one round. We will perform each exercise for 40 seconds with 20-30 seconds of rest between the exercises.

The dumbbells that I am using are:
2x18kg (Red color on the screen)
2x10kg (yellow color on the screen)
2x5kg (Green color on the screen)

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells.
