Filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj says he will never make a sequel to his acclaimed caper thriller 'Kaminey', as he does not want to repeat the characters. "'Kaminey 2' will never happen. I want to grow as a filmmaker. I don't want to just make money. I don't make money, I make films. I don't want to repeat characters," Bhardwaj told PTI. Released in 2009, 'Kaminey' starred Shahid Kapoor in a double role and he won accolades for his performance from all quarters. There have been speculations about its sequel since quite sometime.
