In this video we're making Neapolitan Coffee or "Cafe Napoletana" - an Italian tradition using Cuccumela style pot. You can buy newer versions of these online and this isn't the ONLY way to make this type of coffee. The one I am using in this video was my Grandmother's and is over 70 years old. I've always wanted to make coffee this way. Luckily, a family member still had this lying around unused.
