Baby dishing on just how much he loves her. It’s way too cute because Reginae Carter is obviously big proud of having the self-proclaimed best rapper alive as her pops.
In the audio recording, Wayne explains why she’s super special. He acknowledges how his life changed ever since she was born November 29, 1998.
