We visited the town of Fish Creek, which is just over two hours drive away from Melbourne in Victoria, Australia. This Gippsland township features a large fish sculpture made from road signs. The fish sculpture gently moves in the wind, and was constructed by a local artist from 'ride the wild goat' -together with a welder. We enjoyed a coffee at Little Oberon cafe, and brought beautiful produce at Gibsons cafe. We take a look at the old Fish Creek District Butter Factory building, and see the Great Southern Rail trail portion that makes its way through Fish Creek. We also had the opportunity to take a peek inside the newly renovated Fish Creek Memorial Hall. Our accommodation was at the Fish Creek Hotel and enjoyed a loverly dinner in the bistro.
