The Brampton parade happened on June 4, just days before the 39th anniversary of Operation Blue Star on June 6. Meanwhile, Canadian envoy has condemned Brampton event celebrating Indira Gandhi's assassination and said he's appalled. The diplomat's statement comes after a video of the tableau from the Brampton parade went viral on Twitter. Canadian High Commissioner slammed reports that Indira Gandhi’s assassination was celebrated at an event in Canada.
