The 12th Annual Spine Summit presents a series of lectures on the many financial, medical and societal variables that contribute to determining value in the delivery of spine care.
In this first episode, four orthopaedic physicians discuss such topics as determining the value of treatment, the value of nonoperative spine care, the value of disc replacement versus fusion surgery and weighing the value of long-term outcomes with cost-effectiveness using the example of a minimally invasive lumbar fusion procedure.
