We had the privilege of visiting the ROTC (at FIU) to get an inside look at the new Army Combat Fitness Test. Our favorite one was this intense core workout led by Sergeant Slaughter and his team! Try this specific exercise called by the Military, "The Leg Tuck (LTK)" to really strengthen those abs. According to the Army, "The LTK assess the strength of the soldiers grip, arm, shoulder and trunk muscles. These muscles assist soldiers in load carriage and in avoiding injuring to the back" #military
