Making this spicy omelette at home is easy! You can really add whatever you want. Let me know in the comments if you end up trying it, I'll never have plain eggs again. This is also super healthy!
I used:
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper
a sprinkle of ground parsley
3-4 cups of egg whites (or normal eggs)
1/2 cup of chopped frozen spinach
1 canned artichoke
1 shallot
shredded emmental cheese (or whatever cheese you like)
