Tips to improve in BJJ with only 2 3 days a week of training - In this video I answer a question I received from Iles. Iles wants to know if 2 trainings a week is enough to improve in BJJ and if he should complement his training with weighttraining or calistenics.
First of, you are not alone! I believe most BJJ practicioners in the world can only train 2 to 3 days a week. More is for most people a luxury.
If your training is limited, it is important to make the most out of said training. I give some tips in the video on how to do that.
I am off the opinion that weight training is mandatory for every single person in the world and especially for martial artist.
