It doesn’t get easier than grilled cheese sandwich on the griddle! But of course, we had to kick it up a notch… We tried the classic grilled cheese sandwich with American cheese, and we also made a fancy version with shredded gruyere, sliced cheddar, and a parmesan crust. Use your Blackstone or Camp Chef flat top grill and try these combinations of different cheeses, breads, and oils/butters to create a fantastic grilled cheese sandwich.
