आज मसाला किचन मे बन रही है रेस्टोरेंट जैसी टेस्टी और क्रिस्पी वेज बनाने की आसान रेसिपी | घर मे वेज टिक्का, वेज पकोड़ा देखिये और मसाला किचन के आसान स्टार्टर रेसिपी, स्नैक्स, नाश्ता रेसिपी | क्रिस्पी फ्राइड वेजीटेबल्स, सुपर करारा वेज, सर्दियों में गर्मा-गर्म क्रिस्पी वेज, मिक्स वेज पकोड़े, मिक्स वेज कटलेट, वेज नगेट्स, मिक्स वेज स्नैक्स, स्ट्रीट जैसा वेज मसाला टिक्का बनाये, सबसे आसान टी-टाइम स्नैक्स, नाश्ता रेसिपी, वेज कटलेट, क्रिस्पी आलू, क्रिस्पी गोभी, हरी-भरी मिक्स वेज क्रिस्पी, इंस्टेंट स्नैक्स रेसिपी शेयर करना न भूलें | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
* Potato(आलू) - 2
* French Beans(फ्रेंच बीन्स) - Some
* Carrot(गाजर) - 1-2
* Cauliflower(फूलगोभी) - Some
* Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च) - 1
* Corn flour or Arrowroot(कॉर्नफ्लोर या अरारोट) - 4-5 Tbsp
* All-Purpose Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 2 Tbsp
* Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli Paste(अदरक-लहसुन-हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट) - Some
* Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Water(पानी) - As Required
* Oil(तेल) - For Frying
For Gravy:
* Oil(तेल) - 2 Tbsp
* Garlic(लहसुन) - 1-2 Spoon
* Spring Onion(हरी प्याज) - Some
* Schezwan Sauce(शेजवान सॉस) - 1-2 Spoon
* Red Chilli Sauce(रेड चिली सॉस) - 1-2 Spoon
* Tomato Ketchup(टोमेटो केचप) - 1-2 Spoon
* Green Chilli & Ginger Paste(हरी मिर्च और अदरक का पेस्ट) - Some
* Salt(नमक) - Some
* Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
* Soya Sauce(सोया सॉस) - 1/2 Tsp
* White Vinegar(सिरका) - 1/2 Tsp
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - For Garnishing
* White Sesame Seeds(सफेद तिल) - For Garnishing
RECIPE:
Take some Veggies like - Potato, Spring Onion, French Beans, Cauliflower & Capsicum. Cut all the Veggies & keep them aside.
Take a big bowl & put Corn flour or Arrowroot, All Purpose Flour/Maida, Baking Powder, Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli Paste & Water. Whisk all with the whisker & put all the chopped Veggies into it. Mix well, cover & keep it for some time. Then put some dry Corn Flour on the Veggies & mix again. Then fry them in the medium heated Oil until they get golden & crispy. Take them out on a plate.
Keep the pan for heating, put Oil, grated Garlic, and Spring Onion & saute them all. Then put Schezwan Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Ginger-Green Chilli Paste, some Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Soya Sauce & White Vinegar & cook well. Then put fried Veggies, mix & cook well. Then turn the flame off & take it out on a serving plate. Garnish with finely chopped Spring Onion, Coriander Leaves & roasted Sesame Seeds & enjoy. In this way, restaurant-style Crispy Veg will get ready at home easily.
