Baking dish: 20*20 cm.
Ingredients:
- 280 grams of yogurt (1+1/4 cups)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 120 grams of sugar (2/3 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 70 grams of melted butter
- 220 grams flour (1+1/4 cups)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 300 grams of persimmon (2 pcs.)

Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 40 minutes.
