#8 - 22:20 (This one is easiest to get during the Found Footage Side Mission. If you miss it then, you can still get it, but it'll take longer since it's so dark.

35:13 - After you grab all 8, you need to complete the mission by going to the Maneki-Neko room. You get the cat ear headband as a reward.
