The National Police Service has sought to assure that there are no security lapses as a result of the greater majority of the cameras that fall under the ambit of Nairobi County government, being non-operational.
NTV was granted access to the Integrated Command, Control and Communication Centre with the National Police Service Director of Communication, Charles Owino, demonstrating that big brother does indeed have his eye on the city, with no blind spots as a result of the shortcomings of the Integrated Urban Surveillance System.
