I have said it before... and I will say it again. The way you format and detail your SOW can be the most important part of creating an efficient rehabbing process. Doing this incorrectly can make your project prone to error, and also make it more frustrating and confusing.
We are focusing on Simplicity & Clarity when building our scope of work! We are also focusing on the main purposes of the SOW, which is communicating with contractors, creating our budget, and scheduling our project. Turns out we can accomplish all of these goals with the right format, the appropriate detail, and without any unnecessary "fluff".
