You, if you're taking any of those exams, will be answering questions on US employment law, guaranteed. This is different if you are taking the aPHRi, the PHRi, or the SPHRi, you will not be required to answer any US-based employment law question. So you can skip this episode of the podcast if that's you. You can also skip this episode if you taking the SHRM-CP or the SHRM-SCP and you are living and located outside of the US. You are not going to have any US-based employment law questions on your SHRM exams if you're located outside the US.
