How to Boil Perfect Corn on the Cob
Using at least an 8 quart stock pot, add 4 quarts of water to the pot, and turn eye to High heat. Remove husk and silks from fresh corn and set aside until water has come to a full boil. Carefully add corn to the boiling water, place the lid on the pot, and turn the stove eye OFF. Set your timer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the corn will be perfectly boiled. Remove from the heat, roll each ear of corn in butter, and add salt/season salt according to your preference. Enjoy!
