The Ego or The Someone is self created and the Ego or The Someone believes itself to exist

It believes itself to be real and a part of a biological world of duality and impermanence

The Ego or The Someone has the delusion that it is real because it is ankering its existence into the biological body.

Now biology exists and biology is tied into time, cells decay.

The Ego or The Someone however is latching on to that
and creating a delusion about The Someone, The I have a body, this is MY body, and MY body is connected into time which means I am connected with time.

All that is a lie!

All that a self created delusion.

Its not real at all

The self created existence of The Ego or The Someone is taking a free ride on something it is not at all connected to
in order
to create a sense of reality for it to exist in.

And then it logs on to zoom or this podcast and ask questions from that delusional level of fake existence.

So the best biological explanation of non duality I can give you is:
I cant give you one
There is no You
There is no Me
There is nothing to understand

The latching on to biology and creating a delusion about The Someone being real because biology is real
That is just another delusion.

In reality biology is not real either.
