On the 11th of May, The Supreme Court Finally Delivered its Judgement in the dispute between the National Capital Territory of Delhi V Lieutenant Governor of Delhi. The court has held that All Civil Services Should report to Delhi Government wherever there is an overlap of powers between the NCT Delhi and the LG of Delhi, except for the issues of Public Order, Police and Land.
