Hello. My name is Mayu. I am a Shinrin-yoku (Forest-bathing) walker and a nature photographer based in Sydney, Australia.
I organise Shinrin-yoku walk in a peaceful eucalyptus forests/parks around Sydney for a people to enjoy discovering things that you normally don't notice while walking in a forest.
I provide mindfulness activities in the forest such as Photographying nature,
Tai Chi breathing to calm your mind.
My Shinrin-yoku walk comes with a complimentary Japanese Tea and snacks at the end of the walk.
Shinrin-yoku is a wonderful walk to relax, connect with nature and experience a sense of bliss.
