Making an electric foam cutter to be used in RC projects or any Styrofoam cutting

First, you'll want to take a 4-inch wood piece and glue it to a 2-inch wood piece. Then take a 5x6 inch base and glue it to the arm. Putting small blocks on the bottom is for raising the foam cutter. Then, cut a hole in the middle of the base and attach a screw to the top of the arm. Screw nichrome wire or a small gauge wire inside of the hole. Then, clip on a steady voltage supply by using a glue gun to attach it to the base or on the outside. Then flip on the power supply and your plastic foam cutter is ready to go!
