Tonight we continue the progress on swapping my NBS Sierra from a work truck to a loaded SLT. I wanted to have a power window power lock and power mirror truck. It can be done but does take a lot of work to accomplish it. In this video I show you how to removed the dash and all the rest of the wiring. This will also help if you ever have to change a heater core in one of these trucks. We strip the dash down quite a bit and remove all the things we need to move it over. While I am using a donor truck, you could easily get the parts used at a salvage yard or pick and pull. You will need help taking the dash out and loading the new one. I really think this is the best method so you do not have to remove the harness from one dash and transfer to another. We are making progress and I am excited to get it completed. The power window swap will be worth it in the end. This swap will also work on chevy silverado as many know. Hit the Comments and let me know what you think.......
