Preparation - chili peppers in vinegar
Hot peppers are washed and put on a towel. A mixture is made of 2 l vinegar 2.5 liters of water, 4 tablespoons salt and mustard and bring to a boil.
The peppers are placed in jars, boil vinegar and dissolve when all components pour vinegar mixture over peppers and stapled jars central administrative authorities.
