Kate Strangfeld, Ed.M.’22, started Bite Scized Education, a company that produces videos and supplementary curriculum for educators and parents, to link science lessons through cooking for students. The goal, she says, is to empower students to “think like a scientist” by using food and cooking. At Bite Scized Education, educators and parents can make use of accessible tools including videos, lesson plans, and worksheets, that explain science concepts and encourage experimentation.
