Amritsari lassi is also known as Punjabi lassi.Its not only famous in Punjab but almost everywhere in India.Lassi is the best drink to have in summers to cool down your temperature.Its very easy to make that too in 2 minutes of time with the help of curd sugar and some water .So lets make it today in Punjabi style
Ingredients for Amritsari lassi
Curd 1.5 Cup
Water ½ cup
Ice cubes
2 tablespoon Malai (From homemade curd or dahi)
Sugar 3 Tablespoon or as required
Method of making Amritsari lassi
Take curd in a jug or bowl add sugar and start beating it with wooden or electric beater
Add some some ice cubes and water and beat again for a minute
Serve it in a long glass and add some malai top
